As Biden's term comes to an end, although he cannot seek re-election due to health reasons, at least he has not been impeached. Over the past four years, Biden has often made startling remarks, once referring to "Ukraine" as "Iran" in the State of the Union address, and in a speech in Warsaw, he improvised a comment about Putin, "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power," and even said that Putin was "clearly losing the war in Iraq" (Ukraine)... Whether Biden's gaffes are due to cognitive decline or slips of the tongue, they have become a laughing stock under the media's portrayal, but his diplomatic achievements over the four-year term are more than reasonable.
Even supporters of the Democratic Party understand that no matter how Biden overturns the decisions of his predecessor Trump, the latter's chance of returning is not low. On his first day in office, Biden had the U.S. rejoin the World Health Organization and the Paris Agreement, signaling the importance of supporting multilateral cooperation and changing the unilateralist approach of his predecessor.
